These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Softfall. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read section 4, because it describes what this product does and, just as importantly, what it does not do.
1. Who we are
This store is operated by Softfall, registered in the State of West Virginia, United States. Contact: bowtiedblinky@gmail.com.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. We accept your order when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund you in full.
We try hard to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, image or specification on this site is free of error. Where a specification comes from our manufacturing partner, we reproduce it in good faith.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include free standard shipping to US addresses. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment processing, and we do not store your card details.
4. What this product is, and is not
- It does not soften water. Hardness comes from dissolved calcium and magnesium. Removing those requires ion exchange, which means a salt based softener plumbed into your house. No showerhead filter does this, and we do not claim that ours does.
- It is not a medical device and we make no health claim of any kind. Nothing we sell treats or prevents dandruff, hair loss, eczema, acne or dry skin.
- It is not certified. NSF/ANSI 177 is the US standard for shower filter performance. This product has not been tested or certified to that standard, and we publish no removal percentage for that reason.
- It does not make water safe to drink. It is a shower filter, fitted downstream of your plumbing, and nothing about it is intended for drinking water.
- Cartridge life is not fixed. How long a cartridge lasts depends on your water and your usage. We describe the change point as visible discoloration rather than a number of months.
5. Safe use
Fit it by hand onto a standard shower arm. Do not use a wrench or pipe tool, do not overtighten, and check the joint for leaks after fitting. Do not dismantle the head beyond removing the cartridge and the removable spray panel. You are responsible for checking that your plumbing is sound before fitting anything to it.

7. Your use of this site
Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, or scrape it by automated means. Content on this site, including text, photographs, layout and branding, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States, and disputes will be handled in the courts of the State of West Virginia, United States. This does not remove any protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of the place you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
