Shipping policy

Where we ship

Softfall ships to addresses in the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum. The price on the product page is the price at checkout.

How long it takes

Please read this before you order. Our delivery time is longer than Amazon's, and we would rather you know that now than be surprised later.

  • Processing: 1 to 3 business days. The time between you placing the order and the parcel physically leaving the warehouse.
  • Transit: 7 to 15 business days. Softfall ships directly from our manufacturing partner's warehouse overseas, which is what keeps the price where it is.
  • Total: roughly 8 to 18 business days from order to doorstep.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, weather, carrier backlogs and public holidays can add time. Orders placed on a weekend or US public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships. Tracking can take 2 to 5 days to start showing scans after you get the number. That is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

Duties and taxes

Any applicable import duties and taxes are handled before your parcel reaches you, and you should not be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever does ask you for a payment, do not pay it. Email bowtiedblinky@gmail.com first and we will sort it out.

Wrong address

We can only change a shipping address before the order enters processing, so please check yours carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will re-ship it once at no charge.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will replace the item or refund you. You do not need to fight the carrier. That is our job.
